Job Description / Role Overview

Urgently hiring Production Engineers / Machine Operators with a B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering for its manufacturing unit. The role involves hands-on involvement in production operations, machine handling, and shop-floor execution within a steel structure or sheet metal manufacturing environment. Candidates will work closely with production, maintenance, and quality teams to ensure smooth manufacturing operations.

Key Responsibilities

• Operate and supervise production machines related to steel structure and sheet metal fabrication.

• Execute daily production plans while meeting quality and safety standards.

• Monitor machine performance and report breakdowns or deviations.

• Coordinate with maintenance teams for preventive and corrective maintenance.

• Ensure adherence to standard operating procedures (SOPs) and safety guidelines.

• Support process improvements to enhance productivity and reduce wastage.

• Maintain production records, reports, and shift documentation.

• Assist in quality checks and inspections during production.

Experience & Education

• Education: B. Tech / Diploma in Mechanical Engineering or similar education.

• Experience:

  • Prior experience in steel structure or sheet metal manufacturing is mandatory.

  • Candidates with strong industrial exposure and relevant shop-floor experience may also be considered.

• Basic understanding of production processes, machines, and maintenance practices.

• Willingness to work in shifts, if required.
